Army ROTC Flag

I work at the Army ROTC. The military loves flags. They represent something valuable. We have an Army ROTC flag and have for many years. We have three retired flags hanging in our Drill hall. I found a picture of one of them in our 1954 scrapbook. The scene is Awards Day in late April or early May of 1954. I wish I knew exactly how old the flag is.
